Query Builder for New Mexico Infectious Disease Data (data updated nightly) - Number of Tularemia Cases


The disease incidence data in this IBIS-Q query module are from New Mexico's Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NM-EDSS) databases. The default is to display your query result for the most recent calendar year by month. You may limit your query results to various time periods and subpopulations using the steps below.

Getting Started

* Follow the steps to FILTER the data to a subpopulation (or leave the data unfiltered for statewide results), AND to select how to CLASSIFY variables, such as age and geography, that you want to use in the last step. * Use the last step, "How to display the data," to choose HOW TO GROUP your results and to make map and graph choices.
* When you are done selecting your query criteria, click "Submit" to get your query result.
  • Which case statuses would you like to include? (Default includes both confirmed and probable cases.)

  • Select geographic area(s). (Default is all New Mexico counties.)

  • Select calendar year/month or MMWR year/week (default is Calendar Year and Month).

    • Select calendar year and month. (Be sure to select calendar Year and Month for your Data Display in last step, below.)

      • Filter data to the following year(s).

      • Filter data to the following month(s).

    • Select MMWR year and week.

      • Filter data to the following MMWR year(s).

      • Filter data to the following week(s).

  • First choose a coding scheme to use for age groups then choose whether to select all or some age groups.

    • Select age groups (or skip to use all age groups - default is 'no filter')

    • Select age groups (or skip to use all age groups - default is 'no filter')

  • Would you like to include only males or only females in the results? Default includes all data records.

The data and information provided through the NM-IBIS Query System are intended to support any individuals or entities engaged in activities designed solely to enhance the well-being of a specific community, which may include State of New Mexico. Allowed activities include informing evidence-based decision making in New Mexico to plan and improve health service delivery, evaluate health care interventions and systems, and inform health policy decisions. Other uses are not permissible.

  2. Avoid any attempt to identify or contact individual(s) represented in the NM-IBIS query system data.

  4. Avoid linkage of IBIS-PH query system data with other data that, after linkage, might allow identification of an individual represented in the IBIS-PH query system data.
  5. Use appropriate safeguards to prevent the identification of any individual(s) represented in the data, including when disclosing NM-IBIS Query System data to others.
